We collect what you send us through Representation Review, we use it to decide whether we can work together, and we do not sell it to anyone. That is the whole policy. The rest is detail.

We also record the IP address and browser user agent attached to each submission. That is used to stop automated abuse of the form, nothing else.
This site sets no cookies. There is no advertising network, no cross-site tracking, and nothing here that follows you anywhere else. That is why you see no consent banner: there is nothing to consent to.
We do measure basic traffic, using HYPHR, a privacy-preserving analytics service. From public pages it records the page path, never the query string; a rough sense of where you arrived from, such as a search engine or another website, never a full URL; how long the page was open; and whether you are on a phone, tablet, or desktop. It keeps a random identifier in your browser’s session storage that is deleted the moment you close the tab. That is not a cookie, it is not shared with any other website, and it is not linked to you as a person. No IP address, name, or email address is recorded.
If you never submit the form, we hold nothing that identifies you.
To evaluate you for representation and to contact you about that evaluation. There is no secondary purpose. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not share it for advertising or marketing by anyone else.
We use a small number of service providers, who act on our instructions and may not use your information for their own purposes:
Vercel, Supabase, and Resend store data on servers in the United States. If you are submitting from outside the United States, you are consenting to that transfer.
Submissions are kept while under consideration, and for up to twenty-four months afterward so we can revisit people whose timing was not right the first time. After that they are deleted. You can ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.
Whatever your location, we will honour these on request: a copy of what we hold about you, correction of anything wrong, and deletion. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to restrict or object to processing, or to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Representation Review is open to applicants 18 and older. Please do not submit if you are under 18, and do not upload photographs of anyone under 18. If we discover we have received a submission from a minor, we delete it.
Submissions travel over an encrypted connection and are held in private storage that is not publicly listable or browsable. Access is limited to the VMG review team. Links to uploaded materials that we generate internally are time-limited and expire.
No system is perfect, and we will not pretend otherwise. If a breach ever affects your information, we will tell you.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be noted on this page.
