This site describes VMG™ and provides a way to request review for representation. The information here is provided for general purposes and may change without notice. Nothing on this site is an offer of representation, an offer of employment, or a contract of any kind.
Representation is by review only. Submitting a review request does not create a management, agency, fiduciary, employment, or other relationship between you and VMG, and no such relationship exists unless and until both parties sign a written agreement.
You keep ownership of everything you submit. We claim no rights in your work, your likeness, or your name beyond what is needed to review you.
By submitting, you grant VMG a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to store your materials and to view and circulate them internally for the sole purpose of evaluating you for representation. We will not publish, license, or use your materials commercially without a separate written agreement.
You also confirm that you have the right to send everything you upload. If your materials contain photographs taken by someone else, or images of other people, you confirm you have the necessary permissions and releases. You are responsible for what you send.
Do not use this site to submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive content; to impersonate another person; to submit material you have no right to send; to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems; or to scrape, overload, or otherwise interfere with its operation.
VMG™ and PLAYER’S CLUB™ are trademarks of VMG. The text, design, layout, and code of this site are owned by VMG and are protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without written permission.
This site links to properties and partners including PLAYER’S CLUB™, PAPER TRAILS™, and our social accounts. PAPER TRAILS™ is independently owned and produced by PAPER TRAILS MEDIA LLC and is not owned by VMG.
We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party website, and a link is not an endorsement.
This site is also hosted, operated, and measured with the help of third-party service providers. They are named in our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site will be brought in the courts of the State of Nevada.
